Carlos Veliz, CPM

President, Property Manager

Originally from Peru, Carlos has a deep appreciation for the Seattle area, which holds a special place in his heart. As a native Spanish speaker, he is dedicated to helping families across Washington preserve their homes through reliable and consistent property management. ​ ​

​​​​​​​Being a problem solver is within Carlos’s foundation, which is why homeowners from all parts of the Bay Area trust Carlos and his team to manage their homes and multi-family residential investment properties. Carlos makes Bay Area landlords' decision easy to choose Prime Property Group a logical choice for their management and financial needs.​

He takes his work very seriously and consistently hustles for his client’s best interests. When managing a property for the first time, there can be lots of unknowns.He is always happy to help find the answers without the stress or the sweat. After years of experience, he has the extensive knowledge Homeowners need about maintaining their assets. Carlos’s experience managing residential properties has allowed him to create strong relationships with reputable companies, contractors, investors, and homeowners. His clients benefit from the 25 years of leading property management divisions with the Rose Group with the connections he has within his asset management. During the past 15 years, Carlos has had an in-depth knowledge of RFPs, ground-up construction, redevelopment, and renovations in both commercial and residential contractual work via his role as a partner in a growing construction firm in the Bay Area. He is dedicated to working alongside each Homeowner to help them maximize their asset while enjoying the comfort of their own home! When not at work, Carlos loves traveling the world, spending time with his family, and being an aspiring chef/restauranteur.

Jaime Sanford spent the first 7 years of her professional life in the marketing and business development fields, working for non-profits and start-ups in the East Bay.

​​​​​​​Her real estate career kicked off in 2017 when she joined Prime Property Management Corporate, Inc., formerly Vision Property Management. She originally started in marketing but quickly earned her real estate license as a salesperson and received a crash course in property management. Over the years she has learned the ins and outs of real estate investing as well as the nuances of being a property owner in the Bay Area. At Prime, she oversees the acquisition and onboarding of new clients and properties, as well as providing support to the Property Managers when needed.​

Jaime has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona. In her free time she enjoys road biking, hiking, and hanging out with Luna, her chihuahua.​

Briana Kessler

Property Manager & Leasing Manager

Briana  Kessler  grew  up  in  Florida  flipping  houses  with her mom.

​​​​​​​Together they lived in about 30 different homes, moving every couple of months. This got Briana really excited about the housing market. She went to school at the University of North Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business. She traveled the world and began her career working in Property Management. Her family has been in the real estate business for over 40 years and she plans to keep it going! On the weekends, catch Briana at the beach or hiking with her dog Hazel. DRE License #02192924

Sean is recognized as our reliable “boots-on-the-ground” professional, consistently demonstrating a hands-on approach that ensures effective management and operational excellence.

Micelia Vega, CCAM

Leasing Assistant

Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Micelia fosters positive relationships between landlords, tenants, and service providers.

In her capacity, she plays a pivotal role in assisting property managers by effciently coordinating maintenance,, engaging with vendors, and facilitating communication with homeowners.

Crystal Kirby

Director of Accounting

Crystal leads the accounting department with expertise in the DRE trust fund accounting.

With over 6 years of experience in maintenance coordination, Enrique collaborates with vendors to address routine maintenance issues effciently.

Peter Lynn

Peter is dedicated to ensuring homeowners and boards receive the highest level of service. He understands the importance of maintaining well-managed communities, balancing the needs of residents with the responsibilities of governance. Whether it’s overseeing maintenance, managing vendor relationships, or ensuring compliance with HOA regulations, Peter takes a proactive and solution-oriented approach to every challenge.

​​​​​​​Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. As a family, they love exploring new places, traveling to different states, and making international trips a yearly tradition. Peter is also passionate about fitness, whether it’s cycling, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or working out at the gym. With his dedication, energy, and experience, Peter is committed to fostering well-run communities and supporting homeowners with expert guidance.
 

Louise Ong

With over five years of experience in property management, Louise is dedicated to maintaining well-managed communities and ensuring smooth operations for homeowners and tenants alike. She specializes in overseeing maintenance projects, handling financial matters(AP), and fostering strong relationships with residents and board members. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills make her a reliable and proactive manager.

With a strong background in property management and a passion for creating well-maintained, thriving communities, Stephanie Enriquez is a dedicated Community Manager at Prime HOA Management. She brings a detail-oriented approach to overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring seamless communication between homeowners, board members, and vendors.
